Slimming the Stomach Tips


         
Many people are not satisfied with the form of belly he has. Even those who are slender often complained that his belly was full and "bloated" and are sometimes visible bubble. Most of the stomach bubble is caused if the primary factor in diet and lifestyle. Here are some ways to flatten:

Drinking water                                                                    
If the fullness of the stomach caused by water storage, you can actually reduce the problem by drinking more water. This will dilute the concentration of sodium in the body thereby increasing the amount of water coming out of the system. Drinking more water also ensures gall function to remove waste products. Eat slowly
Avoid eating quickly, because when you swallow too quickly, at least retained air in the intestines and form a gas that can trigger abdominal distension. Always sit down when eating and chew food slowly. The food is not chewed into small pieces can’t be digested properly and then make a lot of gas that causes distention.

Tips to eliminate body odor


Body bad smell because the excessive of perspiration and it mingled with bacteria on skin surface. It causes the body produce bad smell that we call body odor.
Here are the tips to reduce the body odor:
1.         Keep your body clean. Start from underwear. Change your clothes, pants regularly. Especially after did the activity and get perspiration..
2.       Take a bath at least twice a day and use antiseptic soap.
3.       Dry your skin with dry and clean towel especially on armpit to make it not moist.
4.       Use deodorant or antiseptic talcum. Don’t use the deodorant that over fragrant because it can trigger the body odor.
