10 Tips to prevent hair loss

Hair is your crown. Nobody feels happy when her hair fell out. Most hair loss is natural, because the process of aging-related gene that makes some of the hair disappear in a "programmed". Some others do not experience hair loss because of improper hair treatments. Ten tips to prevent hair loss which unnatural:
1. Combing and brushing hair. Combing and brushing your hair every day not just tidying and cleaning the hair, but also improve blood supply to activate the activity of cells of the scalp. Use a comb with wide teeth and brush berspasi fluffy.
2. Use the right shampoo. Choose a shampoo for hair drier, normal, oily, dandruff, etc., according to the condition of your hair. Wash your hair at least twice a week. Always wash with shampoo after swimming in the sea or pool to remove salt and chlorine which can damage the hair follicle. Make sure you always rinse hair thoroughly after your wash.

3. Use conditioner. Use conditioner after shampooing to reduce the effort needed to fix my hair and make it more manageable. The use of conditioner is needed especially if your hair is dry.
4. Dry the wet hair and do not be too hard rubbing the hair with a towel. When hair is wet, its structure is more fragile and should be avoided to comb or brush too strong.
5. Vary the style of hair. If you wear hair styles that require a pull on the hair should be interspersed with looser hairstyles to avoid causing the tension constant pull of the follicle so the hair loss.
6. Keep the adequacy of protein. Because hair consists of protein (keratin), is important for you to follow a diet adequate protein to maintain hair production. Protein found in meat, fish, poultry, eggs, milk, cheese, cereals, soybeans and nuts.
7. Do not be obsessed with hair problems. Do not touch or pull hair constantly.
8. Balance and stabilize your emotional state. Stress can trigger hair loss.
9. Do not wear a wig. The use wig should be avoided because it makes your scalp can not breathe properly and strangle your follicles limp. Jilbab, helmets, or hats not damage your hair like wigs, provided that careful when wearing and let it go.
10. Avoid sunburn to the scalp and body. We all know why the sun can have serious consequences for overall health. Sunburn to the scalp can also cause hair follicles are not able to maintain because it burns.
