PMS (Pre Menstrual Syndrome) is the physical and mental problems which often bother woman on 1-14 days before menstruation period begin. PMS caused by the increase of estrogen and it makes the imbalance of estrogen-progesterone in women’s body.
How to prevent it?
a. Do the physical exercise such as walking, biking or swimming. It is in order to refine the muscles and hinges, and reduce the congeries of liquid in body.
b. Eat the food that rich of fiber, carbohydrate, vitamin B6, mineral, calcium, and magnesium.
c. Avoid the juice and foods or drinks contain caffeine, alcohol and nicotine two weeks before menstruation period.
d. Relaxation through yoga, meditating and soaking in warm water.
e. Drink much water.
How to reduce the pain?
ª Fill a bottle with hot water and put onto stomach.
ª Massage your stomach gently.
ª Sleep on supine position, then put a pillow under your knee. (posted by Nurhayati)
